All return requests must be made via email to Support@Shopyst.com for return instructions and RMA.
You can return the products bought on our website within 30 days of the date of delivery. Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs that were paid to deliver the product are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. If any items are damaged or missing from the carton(s) please report this to us within five (5) working days of receipt of shipment or no credit can be given.
Any boxes arriving damaged or open must be reported to the carrier immediately. We will exchange all orders at no additional cost and cover the shipping costs in case of our error (wrong product, carrier damaged or defective item upon arrival). Products that are damaged due to shipping or defect upon arrival can be returned for a refund. A request of refund must be made to us through email within five (5) working days of receipt of shipment.
If a product is claimed to have a defect and we find no defect, customer is responsible for shipping. If such a claim is grounds for you to return the product for credit and the product is found to be in good working order, customer is responsible for a 15% restocking charge and all shipping costs.
